***RTS items ship immediately. Turn around time is 2-3 weeks for non RTS or Custom Orders. I strive to get orders out ASAP. Shoes are made to order. Turn around time is 2-3 weeks depending on the amount of shoe orders in the queue.
Shipping is USPS. There are major delays. Even if items are shipped priority, they are not making it to the destination within the 2-3 day time frame. Please consider this when ordering by a certain date. If the label is created, I have dropped it to the post office. I print labels, add them to the package and have scheduled pick ups every Wednesday to ensure the packages are properly scanned and shipped. ***

Our goal is 100% satisfaction, though I realize this may not always be the case. Due to the handmade nature of these products, please contact me directly if there is any issue with a product within 30 days of receiving the item.
The colors on the computer vs the colors in person may be slightly different. I try to explain each color, texture and size in the description of each bow. The patterns are often not an exact match on piggy bows. This is the nature of the materials and the custom printing process.
The sizes of the bows vary but are as close to that size as they can be. These are hand cut, and glued by hand. These are not made by machine. Some bows turn out 1/16 of an inch different from one another because some materials stretch and some materials are stiffer than others.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, missing or stolen packages. If a package has not arrived within the timeframe given, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number.
WARNING
Product contains small parts that a child could choke on. Supervise child while in use. Remove all headbands from infants while in a carseat or sleeping. Do not allow child to place in their mouths.
